All the Directors and staff at Dezrez/Dezrezlegal believe that it is important to support local and national charities to assist others who have less or are dealing with an illness. The staff chose charities each year that they wish to support and this year we will be dividing any money raised between Ty Olwen and Shelter

8 years agoHi all, Stevie and I did another 10 mile Saturday with a 3 mile walk/limp to finish it. While I'm on hols we're going to concentrate on smaller faster runs. Hope you're all well.

8 years agoHi guys, Thanks for the support, Stevie and I managed a 10 mile run last night. I am definitely feeling it now we are running for longer. I don't think the elite athletes have anything to worry about with our speed, but we will get it done :-) Forgive the cheesy smile but we are at mile 8 in this pic.
