raised of £1,500 target by 63 supporters

Weʼve raised £2,540 to ensure we get the maximum assistance from our planning consultant to fight the development of the Deer Field, Clivey.

Funded on Monday, 6th June 2022

    Story

So, the outline plans have been submitted. The planning consultant has started work BUT there is a limit on the time he can spend according to funds available. It is a lot of work in a short space of time. Our objections must be well informed and not give the developers the chance to mitigate by tweaking their plans to answer any objections ie moving the proposed play park to the opposite end of the development. WE MUST SAY NO TO ANY DEVELOPMENT HERE!

Many of us love our view but this is not going to hold any sway with the planning department, neither is a concern about the value of your property. We need to make our words COUNT. Mark at Context planning is experienced in helping other communities do just that. ANYTHING you can give would be well used.x

We have inadequate infrastructure, the junction to the A36 being a case in point, and increased traffic flows through the village will make it less safe for schoolchildren and college students.
