Story
I have decided to donate my London Marathon place for 2018 to the England Disabled Fishing Team. This is my fourth marathon and I am proud to be supporting a cause I care about, having been an angler ever since I was a young boy - alongside my disabled brother.
The England Disabled Fishing Team are in desperate need of funding to get them to the Croatia World Championships in June 2018. The team consists of 5 anglers and they are currently ranked 5th in the world. The Head Coach, John Weeden, has been involved with the team for 18 years, and became Head Coach in 2011. All money raised will be used to support travel (flights and car hire) and accommodation costs, as well as fishing bait.
