We all completed our skydives yesterday! Sunday 2nd July :) like nothing I've ever experienced before!

I am taking part in a group skysdive to raise money for a lovely little boy called George. I have been fundraising using sponsorship forms but thought I would give this a go last minute.

I'm doing a Skydive on Saturday 10th June to help George. I have been fundraising the old fashioned way but decided to give this ago last minute as well. For some jumping out of a plane might seem like a fun idea, personally even the thought of it scares the living day lights out if me. But the reason I am doing it is to help fund treatment for George to make his day to day life that much better. Here is a little about George himself.

George is a nephew of my boyfriends cousin who is living with something called Hemiplegia. It’s a condition that affects one side of the body, in George’s case, his right- hand side. It means that he has difficulty with his hand and arm. Unfortunately, a side effect of his condition is that he also has Epilepsy.

The aim is to raise funding so that George can have Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT). It will have such a positive impact on him. Any additional funds raised will go to Hemihelp, an organisation supporting children and young people with hemiplegia, and their families.

On behalf of George and Hemihelp, I am going to take part in a group skydive. I will be raising funds by finding sponsorships. If you would like to help raise funds for this cause it would be incredibly appreciated. Thank you.
