Story
During a sudden cardiac arrest, effective Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation or CPR combined with access to a defibrillator, can Do it for Defib help save a life. If you perform CPR you are buying time. CPR alone, rarely will be enough. Access to an Automatic External Defibrillator may help provide the shock that the heart needs to start beating in its correct rhythm Every minute without defibrilation reduces the chance of survival by 14%
Charlotte Pickwick, who is a local nurse and mum suffered a cardiac arrest at Christmas 2017. Due to the quick actions of her husband Stuart in performing CPR and the timely arrival of East Midlands Ambulance Service, she survived. Without the defibrillation performed by the crew, her chances would have been dramatically reduced. Luckily the crew were in town at the time of call. However, its not always the case and crews may have to come some distance. Its these times that a Public Access Defibrillator will help save a life

As a business I don't give Christmas cards. Instead I support worthy causes. I can't think of a more worthy cause than this one. A cause that might help any one of us in our local community!!
