Weʼve raised £999 to help fund the provision of 6 kennels for Dog Trouble Foundation rescue dogs

Funded on Saturday, 4th September 2021

    Story

The number of dogs that Dog Trouble Foundation is able to rescue is limited due to lack of space. The good news is they now have an opportunity to expand into a dedicated location, but as a small charity they don't have the funds to cover the cost of providing kennels at the site. The rescue dogs all have challenging backgrounds that mean they need specialist care and support in their own space. Having special Foundation kennels in a dedicated area will make a huge difference to their wellbeing and learning.

I've seen for myself how much that difference can be for the rescue dogs... dogs like Buddy who went from being a terrified dog with no chance of finding a forever home to a happy dog who has learned to cope in a settled and supportive environment. Check out Buddy's amazing journey in these links: Meeting Buddy | Buddy today

All money raised will go towards the cost of providing 6 new kennels in a dedicated area at the Dog Trouble centre at Birchin Inhams Farm, Heathlands Road, Wokingham. With your support we can make the dream of 6 dedicated kennel spaces become reality so that the Foundation can rescue, rehabilitate and rehome more dogs in the future.

I have 4 rescue dogs of my own and have been a supporter of Dog Trouble Foundation for a number of years. I have seen first-hand what a difference it makes when a rescue dog can be helped with professional dog behaviour training.
