I am taking part in the Southwold 10.30 Christmas Day swim which is a charity swim to raise money for the RNLI. Please donate if you can since this purely voluntary funded organisation does inspirational life saving work. Thanks for reading this.

Thanks so much everyone for your support. The total amount has now gone to the RNLI. Off to our new Cambodian adventure with added grateful thanks for the £430 raised for the 2 schools at which we will be working.
