Hi,

My name is Donna Daly and I’m doing a sponsored ‘Head-shave’ for Broad Park House in Coventry.

I need as much Support and Sponsorship as possible for this event.

It has taken me 15 years to grow my hair this long, so it’s a no small feat, so this is a Challenge for me. This also gives me the chance to raise money for Broad Park House

Broad Park Centre is a respite centre for young people with disabilities that include ‘learning, physical and other additional needs’.

The Children and Young People who attend are aged between 5 and 18.

They do lots of different activities with the children and take them on trips and even holidays. The range of social events takes place throughout the year. Included are specialist activities for children with higher level needs.

By raising money for this worthy cause the children can continue to have the fun and enjoyment from the trips and the other things this centre does for them. Just to see the smiles on there faces is wonderful.

Although they don’t go to Broad Park, I have both a nephew and niece who have disabilities, so this is also another reason for me wanting to support children as I know how hard it is for them to have a chance to do the same things as other kids without disabilities.
