Story
The is a cause very close to my heart. I personally struggled with fertility issues and feel so grateful to those at BCRM who helped me become a mother. I also now work as a Fertility Doctor at BCRM.
I am running the Chew Valley 10k to raise money for the BCRM unit which will be spent helping others become parents. I also hope to raise awareness of infertility and the heartache it can cause.
Do not underestimate how hard running 10k will be for me! I haven’t done any exercise in 6 years and have largely been found on the sofa with a glass of wine! Wish me luck!
