Story
Domestic cycle racing isn't going to make it to the screens this year without help from the fans and Dream Bike .
Historically British Cycling have funded a small number of Live Races, this has been a 5 figure number for each event. Velo29 have invested a lot of money into video equipment and are offering it to use this year for free.
There are still costs to cover such as moto cam crew, static camera men, cloud hosting and travel costs which total around £4,000. Dream Bike which is a small society lottery are covering this cost but ask that the fans help via just giving to generate as much as possible, we've set the target at a realistic £2,500. Recentley we followed the same model in Otley and raised nearly all of the target. Ilkley Cycling Club who organise the races are helping with a £500 donation.
