Story
I am aiming to raise as much money as possible to improve the education chances of children in and around Nanyuki, Kenya. £500 will cover the cost of up to 4 children to attend school for a whole year. This means they don't have to work in the mines local to the area and gives them a chance of a positive future to look after themselves and their families. I have complete a sponge the teacher day and am about to run , the very hilly, st albans half marathon for the charity, any donations big all small toward my target will be greatly appreciated and hopefully we will smash my target and raise even more!

6 years agohey everyone, thank you again for your support, just to say I have my final time at 2:15:54, which im really pleased with was hoping for around the 2:15 mark and as my knees gave up at about 10 miles im just glad I finished! Will be heading to Kenya on the 24th of July and any more contributions would be amazing, thank you all again!

6 years agoThank you again for all your kind donations, just completed the st albans half marathon (my first ever) in around 2:15, will post exact time when I check the website at home, we have hit the target thank you everyone but obviously any more donations would be happily received! my legs with thank you especially cos currently they are ruined!
