Story
I am taking part in both the Thames Bridges Challenge on September 9th, and the Thames Path Challenge on September 10th, running over 35m over the two days.
Olivia (8), one of our academy swimmers, will be joining me on the Sunday for the 10km too. This is her second year taking part in the Henley 10km, and she will be wearing her DSC T-Shirt with pride!
After completing a 100km Ultra Marathon last year, I had hopes for completing another 100km this year, however due to a torn cruciate ligament earlier this year, my training has been slow and painful, but I am now putting the miles back in, and looking forward to taking part in another Ultra Marathon, albeit not the full 100km!!
Any donations to support, and raise funds for our little club will be greatly appreciated!
