Each year the Dance World Cup brings together teams from around the world. This year the competition is being held in Sitges, Spain with some 12,000 competitors from 47 countries in attendance.

Edinburgh Dance Academy, recently voted top ranked dance school in the UK and Ireland at a national competition, is delighted to be sending 44 dancers aged between 8 and 16 years from our performance group to represent Scotland competing in a total of 35 dances.

The EDA performance group travel all over the country to perform and compete and are hugely successful due to the hard work and outstanding commitment from the kids, the teachers and parents. The experiences the kids gain by being part of this amazing performance group are numerous. Competing at Dance World Cup will provide a hugely exciting opportunity to showcase the talent that Scotland offers as well as providing the kids with hugely valuable experience and opportunities to represent their country with pride.
