An elderly widow from Kasar (a village in Sunamgonj bordering India is in need of urgent assistance to cover the costs of her medical treatments and other necessities. Her son died at an young age and her daughter died during labour few years ago. Due to suffering from Osteoarthritis of the spine, which causes her severe pain to the neck and back, she is unable to stand for long periods of time; therefore being completely unable to work and earn a living. She has no family members who is able to look after her.

Seeing her hardship, a generous person has offered her an accommodation where she can reside until she breathes her last. The only costs he is not able to cover is her medical supplies and other essentials.

We are only requesting £500 to cover the costs of her medication and other essentials for a year. Any additional money raised will solely be used to cover her necessities.
