So this summer I am hoping to travel to Meia da Serra just outside Petropolis in Brazil, to work alongside 25 others from the Archdiocese of Birmingham. Whilst there we will be teaching English in the local school, holding fun workshops for the children in the community, visiting family homes and carrying out service projects to improve community life. Whilst in Brazil we will be working closely with CLM (Christian Life Movement) and their continued work with the community of Meia da Serra.

The cost of this mission is £1250 and I hope to fundraise this and more in order to bring resources and supplies to the community over in Brazil. The community is in need of stationary, school resources, toys and healthcare supplies so these are things we are hoping to bring with us.
