In 2019, a group of myself and my peers will be setting off to Northern India for 4 weeks for our World Challenge, independent expedition! We will be volunteering in local communities and schools, hiking in the Himalayas and discovering India. The trip in total is £4,060, with a large amount of that cost being specifically donated to a chosen local community in India; for example, it could go to building schools, or even improving the areas sanitation. We have to raise the money ourselves as part of the challenge, and so any donations are very much appreciated. It is two years away, but with GCSEs this year, I want to start saving now so it isn't a mad rush closer to the time!
