Hi my name is Ella, I work with young people from schools and parishes every week, teaching and exploring their faith. This summer I have the opportunity to visit Lourdes and assist the elderly and disabled on their pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady. This is a brilliant opportunity to help people take part in something they wouldn't usually be able to, as I will be there to assist them. I also hope to be joined with some of the young people I have worked with this year. The money will go towards travelling and my accommodation in France, we will be going with the Lancaster Diocese in July 2018. I have heard many great things about Lourdes and the amazing experiences people have had, but this is the first time I have had the opportunity to go myself and I would really love it if I could.
