pregnant and facing homelessness? Life can help. With a network of supported housing, they can provide the practical and emotional support one might need until ready to move on.
The housing provides a home-from-home environment with other people in similar circumstances. A Support Worker can works with the mothers to put together an individual support plan covering areas like budgeting, parenting, health & well-being, work & training and staying safe.
