I am undertaking 4 sponsored long distance walks and endurance events to raise money to fund my expedition to Zambia to volunteer on the Mwandi project. The project works to build traditional mud huts for the most vulnerable and in need members of the community. The people include elderly grandparents caring for AIDS orphans, people with disabilities and those who have been abandoned or neglected by their families.

My expedition is planned for the summer of 2018, so I will be doing the Talybont Trial in Oct 16, Real Ale Ramble in Jan 16, Rhondda Rollercoaster in May 2017, and the Mini Burn event in July 2017.
