We did it!! For Azheimer's Society on the 29th of August in memory of my beautiful Nanny, who sadly passed away last year from the disease.
The last page has timed out so here's a new one for people if they still wanted to donate!!
Please help me to raise money for this unpredictable and incurable disease and to raise money to support the families that are also hugely affected by it.
