Weʼve raised £230 to Classrooms for Kenya
- Funded on Tuesday, 4th April 2017

Story
I and around 30 other students from the Weald Sixth form are going to Kenya to build classrooms and teach children in schools that dont have sufficient teaching conditions, they're either learning outside or in dark, derelict huts where they are squished in to try and get an education. We plan to build a double classroom in 4 schools in Kenya. Any donations would allow us to get the right equipment and materials for this building trip and help improve these kids education.
My friend Grace Thorneley and I aim to swim 6 miles between us on the 19th of March. The distance between Billingshurst and Kitale, Kenya is 6439 miles and were taking the first digit, being 6 for our distance of the swim in aim to raise money for the equipment that we will need to build the classrooms in Kenya in the summer this year.
I've already raised £210 ive got £90 to go, anything big or small I will hugely appreciate.
