I have been talking quite alot at school about various charities and local food banks and after walking around Milton keynes I have seen lots of cold homeless people cuddled up in bus stops and tents. I have also been told of stories about children and young adults who struggle and have been placed in care homes due to no fault of thier own. This has upset me and I would like to help them and other homeless and young children in Milton Keynes. I have communicated with Milton keynes Council to assist me with locating childrens homes and I will be offering help to the local homeless shelter but I would like to do more. I am trying to raise money to buy blankets, gloves, hats and scarves for the homeless commumity and also christmas gifts for children less fortunate then myself so I am asking for a little help from my family and friends by either donating a couple of pounds, gifts or warm winter wear that I can then take down to my chosen charities in December.
