2 emergency medical cases have recently been brought to my attention

Syrian refugee currently living in Lebanon. 60 year old lady needs a hip replacement. Has been waiting for 4 years but can't get money together. She is currently living in someone else's house as can't afford to pay rent.

55 year old man living in Pakistan. Has had an infection in his leg for 2 years. Gangrene has set in and may have to have his leg amputated. Needs surgery to try save the leg. He is the only person that brings an income for his family.
