Emily does so much for the York community but is facing financial hardship at the moment. Their car, which Josh uses to get to work, to drive the girls around to school etc, to pick up food from FareShare to give to those less fortunate in York, to transport her amazing food to the York Nurturing Community pop-up cafes, needs new tyres, an MOT and a service.

When she's not looking after her two girls, Emily spends her time volunteering for the York Nurturing Community. She cooks all of the (amazing!) food, much of it using intercepted food that would otherwise go to waste, co-ordinates activities, raises funds for the project, and is constantly thinking up new ways of helping vulnerable people and families in York. Now she needs a bit of support for herself to get their car through the winter. Please donate a few pounds to show her that we care.
