I am appealing for help from the public to raise funds for my grandmother to get the best possible care we can for her .. she had a very nasty fall and in result to that the hospital run tests and found that she has a heart condition and also dimentia .. she is currently living on her own and we would like for her to have carers to help look after her as much as possible ❤️ .. we love her so much and we want nothing but the best care for her .. we have enquired about having private carers and it costs close to £10,000 a year for this .. we would be very grateful at any help you feel you could give .. thank you and God bless you xx
