Chloe and Aubrey Berry Memorial Fund

These darling little girls are my cousin Sarah Cotton's beautiful daughters. Aubrey aged 4 is on the left and Chloe aged 6 is on the right. On Christmas day 2017 they were killed and their father Andrew Berry has been arrested and charged with their murder . Their mother Sarah, our family, Sarah's friends, her community in Victoria, Canada and many others are all devastated, shocked and overwhelmed with grief at this senseless tragedy. The Chloe and Aubrey Memorial Fund has been set up in memory of these gorgeous, happy, loving and much loved girls the proceeds of which will provide scholarships at Chloe's school Christ Church Cathedral School, where Aubrey was to attend this September, as well as the Mary Manning Centre for child abuse prevention and counselling in Victoria. I wasn't going to run the London Marathon this year but so many of my friends, English relatives and others have asked how they could help so I am now running on 22 April 2018 on behalf of Chloe and Aubrey both to raise money for their memorial fund and to raise awareness of filicide (the name given to the murder of a child by a parent). This will be my last marathon (at least until I retire) and my training has not gone well so running 26.2 miles is going to hurt but nothing in comparison to the pain and anguish caused by the inexplicable deaths of Chloe and Aubrey.
