I'm an assistant practitioner at the Royal Preston Hospital and on the 9th of June myself and my colleagues from the ward I work on along with the bereavement team based at RPH are taking part in the Dragon boat race held on preston docks.

We are hoping to raise lots of money to help support the Bereavement Support Group. This group aims to help people of any age who may be struggling with the loss of a loved one. The team meet informally on certain evenings to provide individualised support to anybody that may need it.

This is a very worthy cause and by donating it will help both adults and children to grieve and also encourage them to talk openly so that they can get the support they may need.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated and any support on the day would also be wonderful!
