Me and my sister Claire will be completing the Wild Warrior 10k mud run on 23rd September. We have decided that we will use this opportunity to help raise some money for a couple of friends who are going through a difficult time and are in need of a little help.

The first is Lisa, a young new mum who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing chemo. We would like to support her and her family during this time.

The second is Kath, who's sister tragically passed away after an accident on holiday, this money will help towards costs in her medical care and transport back to the UK as insurance didn't cover all costs.
