So I started couch to 5k last September, me who couldn't even run to the corner 😂 I now have done five 5k park runs and one 10k run x I'm 40 have 3 sons who I adore , I like most mums do everything in my power for my kids , so on this note I'm signing up to do the Lisburn half marathon to raise money for my friend Lynsey Clements , another mum that adores her children , her son Tyler a healthy boy loved playing football for his local club, has Brugada Disease, which is a heart disease, his mum is needing to raise funds so she can get a defibrillator for her home, I'm running this half marathon to help Lynsey raise this money , so please help xx I'm going to set up a go give page, but also all donations will be greatly received in panini holywood x I've also roped in my hubby Alan Herfield and my mate Lizzy Bryans they just don't know yet 😂
