My friend Charlene is suffering from Endometriosis. She was late in being diagnosed with this condition. She has been in crippling pain for a long time. In August last year she obtained a loan to pay privately for a hysterectomy which it was hoped would get rid of the pain. This has not worked and she is now left with no car (she couldn't afford one after obtaining the loan for the surgery), no money and at the minute she cannot see a way around further medical treatment. Charlene is in too much pain to work most of the time and doesn't know how she will feel from one day to the next. She requires specialist help from a nook Doctor which she cannot currently afford. She continues to get worse.

Charlene has tried to help herself. She has been backwards and forwards to the Doctors. She has tried to get through this financially on her own but the struggle is becoming too much.

Charlene does so much for so many and will and does give her last penny to anyone who needs it. I feel it is time that her friends, where possible, help her in the same way she does them.

If all Charlene's friends could spare a £1 it would make such a difference to her getting the treatment she needs Don't look at what the person before has given, just give what you can to help this amazing lady.

She has no idea I'm doing this but as I can't take the pain away feel this will help with her getting the treatment she needs quicker and if theres enough left to help with the debts that woukd be an amazing bonus!
