On the 1st of October I will be doing the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Half Marathon. Most people who know me know I'm not one for running (or any kind of exercise that doesn't involve dancing like a loon).
After losing my partner Alex last year to a heart attack I will be running to help raise money for two local charities; Georgina's Gang, which was a charity that Alex strongly supported and the Guernsey Chest and Heart Association to help raise awareness on the importance of getting your chest and heart screened.
