The Cameo Cafe provides a warm environment and support for those with dementia and so importantly their families. Every Tuesday and Thursday you can pop in to receive a safe, friendly environment for social contact and friendship for others who are in similar positions to yourselves.

The North Walsham Dementia Support Group /Cameo Cafe demonstrated its support to my grandparents, where my grandfather was suffering from dementia, it was somewhere for them to go for support, and to have people in similar situations around them who they could talk to. It also meant they could participate in activites and go out when they may not have been able to by themselves.

Will and I are running the Cheshire Marathon to raise money for the Cameo Club. I will try and be good and send you updates on our training.
