Story
On 28th July I am stupidly taking part in Tough Mudder and will be raising money for the Danny Defib Fund in memory of Paul Gaunt. The charity is raising funds at the moment for cardiac screening to be available up and down the country. This would be available at sporting events or community events. The screening consists of an E.C.G, blood pressure and cholesterol checks , which can detect any hidden risk factors which could lead to heart disease.
