I would love to go to Costa Rica in 2017 and experience an incredible adventure and to help improve the quality of life for the local community.

In the UK we have such a privileged start to life with safe, high quality education on our doorsteps. I want the children in the village of Quepos to have the same opportunity by helping to build and improve classrooms with murals and renovation work. By performing basic maintenance and brightening their classrooms I hope to make their learning more fun and enjoyable. I believe I can use my creative skills in the project to make a space that will encourage children in their studies and help them to further their education while feeling safe.

The trip will be £1495 for basic accommodation and building materials as well as cultural activities. Clothing and equipment is approximate £500 and the remaining amount will cover my flight and other travel expenses. Any additional contributions over my initial target will be donated to help fund other local projects.

I can’t wait to embark on an adventure of a life time and I’m so glad you have expressed interest in my trip.
