I'm hoping to raise money to give my sister and her family a nice holiday, to make memories that they will cherish and also have lots of fun.

My sister Emma was recently diagnosed with bulbar onset motor neurone disease after months of tests and hospital visits, at 36 years old this news left us all heartbroken. Emma is a very caring, considerate person.

MND can be a very progressive and aggressive disease, Emma's speech has become very slurred and also has muscle spasms quite often. Though its hard to think about, Emma will eventually lose her voice completely and also lose her ability to walk unaided.

Money raised will be used for a holiday fund for Emma and her family, with them ultimately deciding on the destination.
