On 29th September I'll be running the Nottingham Half Marathon to raise money for Emmanuel House, an independent Nottingham charity who help more than 50 of our homeless and vulnerable citizens on a daily basis. They do an amazing job on a tiny budget.

I'll be running the streets of Nottingham for the streets of Nottingham. Like most places, the amount of homeless and vulnerable people in Nottingham has soared in recent years, and sadly it's only going to keep rising. This bit of street pounding won't stop it, but it will help get some people a hot meal or a shower, maybe a roof for a couple of nights.
