My beautiful cousin Emma was diagnosed with primary breast cancer in 2014, followed by chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a hysterectomy - we all thought things were looking good! She was happy, healthy and enjoying life, but unfortunately in January 2017 they discovered the cancer had spread causing secondary breast cancer which spread to her liver, she now has multiple tumours in her liver which can not be cured😢😢. Now terminal with palliative care we do not know what the future holds!

Emma is genuinely the nicest, kindest most beautiful person i know who would do anything for anyone! She is an excellent mother to two beautiful children Louis 15 Ella 13 and it breaks my heart that she wont be here to see them grow into adults💔 I really want to raise as much money as possible so they can all celebrate Emmas 40th and Louis 16th!!!!
