Hello everyone my name is Esme, I am 17 and I am hoping to raise enough money to go to Iceland in aid of Salvation Army. Salvation Army runs a wonderful, adventurous summer camp for under privileged kids, this is what the trip to Iceland is raising money for. Me and about thirty others are heading north to the chilly but stunning Iceland, we will be trekking over three days and nights across volcanic fields, around geysers, waterfalls and glaciers.

One of the reasons I am taking part in this wonderful adventure is because I have been on a great summer camp with scouts and without the lovely volunteers I would not have been able to make such amazing memories. I want every child to have fun over the summer just like me no matter how poor they are.
