As i’m sure you know I have suffered from Multiple Sclerosis for many years. Over the last five years it has begun to impact on me. I now struggle to do the basics of everyday life.

I attend the Aberdeen MS Therapy Centre where I receive Oxygen Therapy and was inspired by Pam Barclay who has had the life changing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Treatment (HSCT)

Researching this treatment I found that this it is not available in Scotland. There are places in England that offer HSCT trials but I am not eligible for these.

My only opportunity is to travel to Mexico to access this pioneering treatment. I have been accepted to attend on 5th March 2018 and am currently fundraising to help towards the cost of the treatment.

My hope is that my MS will be halted at this point although I know of success stories where people‘s health has substantially Improved. My dream is that I will be able to walk unaided again!
