We are a group of uni students running an event to make donations towards Cancer Research. We are mainly focusing on skin cancer and building awareness for this as it is an event revolved around summer.
We are hosting a club event at Buddha Lounge in Southampton on Wednesday 22nd March at 22:00 - 02:00 and tickets are priced at £2-£3.
This event is sponsored by Malibu, therefore there will be discounted, unique cocktails made especially for our event. As our theme is Summer/Hawaiian, we will have brightly coloured decorations to suit this event such as inflatable palm trees&beach balls, tiki's, floral leis and all our cocktails will be served in coconuts.
As we are running this event on a tight budget, we are fundraising to try and raise money towards our event which will help us greatly. The funds that are raised will go towards materials to advertise and market our event such as paper tickets, posters and leaflets. But the majority of the funds raised will be going towards decorations to make our event stand out. Any money that is leftover and not used will all be donated towards Cancer Research, as well as the profits we will be making on the night.
