    Story

    Hello Everyone!

My name is Eve Smith, aged 18. Currently, I am in my first year at Nottingham Trent University studying Business Management and Accounting and Finance.

From the 5th - 12th of August, I will be travelling to Romania in order to volunteer at Little John's House - a small local charity. The aim for Little John's House University project is to provide current students and staff members with the opportunity to use and develop their skills and experience to support children and young adults with physical and developmental needs in rural Romania. Whilst I'm there, I will design and deliver a week-long summer school of diverse and inclusive activities for the permanent residents of Little John's House, children, young adults from the surrounding villages, hospitals, and orphanages. In order to find out more about Little John's House, please click on the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46jANojFfzY

Through JustGiving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. There is a minimum of £150 which I have to raise and will go straight to the charity itself, however I also need to raise another £750 to fund my travels, accomodation and food.

I really appreciate your support and thank you for any donations big or small!

      Update from the Page owner

As my fundraising costs have now been lowered by the university, I am almost finished fundraising and with a few events left to do, have decided to close the page. Thank you to everyone who has supported both myself and Little John's Charity, I'm very appreciative and will keep you updated on my journey!
