Early in 2017, our colleague and friend, Ed Hill, suffered a tragic accident whilst playing football. A simple fall left him wheelchair bound with neck and back injuries, and needing constant care.

The Exchange Lab, Ed's employer, have moved all of their corporate fundraising efforts into raising money to support him and his family. In 2017, over £10K was raised through last-minute efforts and we have seen the huge difference that has made to his life. We are more motivated than ever to continue to help Ed and in 2018 we have an ambitious goal.

A number of The Exchange Lab employees are taking part in a series of extraordinary physical events throughout the year.

With The 100 km Cotswold Way Challenge conquered by 20 the team in June, and the 100 miles Prudential Ride London event tackled by Lizzy Dell'Anno in July, Ralph Jennings will be taking on the 106 mile Ultra Trail Mont Blanc (UTMB) on 31st August.

This challenge is mammoth - 31k feet elevation (taller than Mount Everest's accessible areas) through some severe weather conditions. Although seasoned in his sporting accomplishments, this is Ralph's biggest challenge to date and needs all the support he can get.

We aim to raise £20,000 and we need all of the help we can get. No amount is too small, so please donate to our cause and help Ed in his long road to recovery.
