William has applied to attend an month long expedition in 2018 to Cambodia. Whilst this will offer an opportunity of the a lifetime it is not a holiday and whilst there he along with others will work on several projects to improve the lives of local children.

This is a very adventurous venture for William, as he generally doesn't leave his bedroom (typical teenager), however he is committed to raising the funds necessary to achieve this trip.

He needs to raise £3500 in around 18 months.

This expedition is ran by Adventure Lifesigns and as well as developing Williams leadership and organisational skills, the main aim is to promote the wellbeing of local children through various projects during their time there.

Past projects have constructed safe and sanitary toilet blocks for a local school, as well as buikding a playground and play park for the local children. Whilst there the pupils will be immersed into the local culture and custom.
