This is me 4 hours after my mastectomy operation leaving hospital and having to carry a drain across the car park and to my home.

And this is me with a drain BAG!

I’m sure you can sympathise that after the trauma of such an operation, the worry of dropping the bag, leaving it behind on a chair (ouch!), the humiliation and embarrassment is the last thing I need to focus on.

I now have a bag but many don’t and I need to change that! Rotherham District Hospital do not supply any due to lack of funds but the nurses there will happily give them out. I also want to be able to provide other hospitals that need them.

I also intend to post out as many drain bags, pillows, knitted boobs and other aids to women and men all over the country. Please help me to achieve this by donating what you can, a little will go a long way.
