I am aiming to run the Leeds half marathon on May 14th. It will be the first half marathon I have attempted to run so my aim is simply to complete it!

Next week (15-21 May) is deaf awareness week and I am raising money for Kirklees Deaf Children's Society which is a local charity (affiliated to the National Deaf Children's Society) that aims to raise awareness of deafness in children and to help support children and their families through educational and social events.

Please donate generously and to encourage you all further, I pledge to double the donations that you all make so I will match the total amount donated by the 10th of June.
