In the Philippines on and off for the last 5 years. My wife and my two sons live there I travel back and forth every few months. Over the last few years I have meet many people and come to an understand that they have a problem regarding housing. I am looking to start a community based charity building affordable houses WITH its own solar panels to generate energy back to the ever hungry national grid. Each house built will be rented out and the money put back into an account to build the next affordable house. Once the outlay of the cost of the house has been paid by the tenant the house will be given to the owner of the house.
