Joe has always wanted to be a fiction film director. He worked as a freelance director and producer throughout his twenties, as well as setting up a production company Brass Moustache with his friend Mark. Constantly building on his experiences and his skills, Joe remained focused on the next stage of his plan: fiction films.

In January 2017, aged 31, Joe was diagnosed with Stage IV oral cancer but, despite 15-hour surgery, ¾ of his tongue remove, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and the cancer spreading to his lungs, Joe continues to work. Time has become a precious commodity. We want to raise £10,000 to help him realise his dream.
