Story
On Friday June the 1st, I will climb Pen y Fan mountain in Wales. Setting off in the dark I will attempt to reach the summit at sunrise with a Ghanaian flag . The mountain is 866m above sea level and it will be a challenging walk! I will be doing this in the hope to raise money so that I can travel to Ghana in 2019. I will be travelling with my school in partnership with African Adventures. Once there we will assist teachers in a local school as well as taking part in a community building project in the area. We will gain and give life changing experiences! I will be raising additional funds through my paper round.

6 years agoWe did it! After being delayed a day due to poor weather conditions we managed to get to the top on the second of June 2018. As you can see below the conditions where stil not great as there was extremely thick fog stretching right up onto the peaks! We set of at 3:55 and reached the top at 5:15! It was super windy up top and we were all soaked as the mist had become cloud! Thanks so much to everyone who has supported me!!! Finn 😄
