16 people from the property finance community have been summoned to take part in a journey on 9th March 2017. A journey dreamed up by that crazy duo at Adapt Finance.

Starting in Oxenholme, four teams will battle the elements, ferociously competing against one another to be crowned the FlopGear Challenge Champion.

More importantly, we will be taking almost 200 collective working hours and putting them into raising money for three amazing charities. Our £250 cars will be auctioned off post-race but in the event that they are unfit to sell (likely) we are also appealing for donations through this very page.

The charities benefitting are Steps, Bury Hospice and Refuaid. These causes have been chosen by your industry peers and are all close to the heart(s) of people you work with or know in the sector.

Medianett, Octopus Property, Ortus Secured Finance, Masthaven Bank, Funding 365 and, of course, Adapt Finance, are all participating in the FlopGear Challenge - I really hope you can support this exciting and worthwhile adventure.
