If you haven’t heard as yet, our dear friend Kim Bryan - mum to Tai (14) and Shawn (16) sadly passed away on Saturday 25th November.

Kim was a fantastic single mum and wonderful contributor to our community. I’m sure there are many who would like to commemorate her. We are trying to make this possible by raising enough money to cover the cost of a fond farewell, ideally to be held at either the West Reservoir or the Hackney Marshes Centre. We are hoping that by covering this cost we can help alleviate the strain the children are now feeling and show them, her family and community how much she was thought of and how we can all pull together to help each other at these times. What a wonderful tribute it would be.

Please donate anything you feel you can towards a sufficient send off and pass on to others who knew Kim.

We are hoping to raise £1500 to pay for the venue for Kim‘s funeral reception. If we exceed this target - we will give the rest to Kim’s family to help towards the other costs associated with her funeral.
